Service Area

Services to the following areas are included in our party packages- Pitt County as well as parts of Beaufort and Craven Counties.

If you are outside of our typical service area we charge $5/mile up to 60 miles depending on availability.

General Information

Our company is a legal LLC and is fully insured.
Our goal is to ensure that all guest have a fun, safe and memorable party experience.
All parties require a signed contract and liability waiver in order to confirm the booking.
All food and beverages included in the party packages are delivered in their original packaging. We use reputable bakeries for our cupcakes and offer customization as desired.
All of our bounce houses are up to the most current ASTM F2374 standards and are well kept and checked regularly.
Set up of Bounce Houses and tables require a relatively flat space free of debris and away from trees, power lines and other potential hazards.
Inflatables- bounce houses and the battlefield bunkers may not be used if the wind speed is greater than 15mph or if thunder/lightning is in the immediate weather.
Bounce houses are secured using a combination of stakes and water bags- please ensure that the area where they will be set up is free of underground utilities.
Outlet must be available and within 100 feet of bounce house location.
Golf course may not be used outside if severe weather, including thunder or lightning is present in the immediate area.

Weather & Refund Policy

A Nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to hold the date/time and to book the party. The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to the party and is also nonrefundable, with the following exceptions:

In the event of a scheduling issue, you may reschedule the party to a future date if 72 hours notice is given with no penalty or rescheduling fee.
Inflatables (bouncers & bunkers) cannot be utilized if the forecasted/anticipated wind speed is projected to be over 15mph (either gusts or sustained) on the day of the party. In the event that this happens the client will have 2 options:
- 1) The party with all supplies, minus the inflatables can be moved to an indoor setting and an additional activity (craft, game, cotton candy/snow cone machine) provided at no additional costs or $100 will be refunded to compensate for the loss of use of the inflatables
- 2) Credit will be given to reschedule the party to a future available date, given that the credit is used within 1 year of being issued.
In the event of a named storm (hurricane/tropical storm), natural disaster or other governmental mandated lockdown the client will have the option to reschedule to a future date with a $50 enhancement credit provided or to have their party fully refunded.
